FAQs

Why do I need this course?

Everyone has a philosophy of education, whether they realize it or not. If you have not taken the time to develop yours, then you will defailt to what you are used to and it influence the way you homeschool.

In order to fully embrace a lifeschooling philosophy, you need to first change your mindset.

Where will the course take place?

Right on the Life as a Lifeschooler website. Using videos, printables and book studies. 

When?

September 28 to October 28, 2020.

How big is the class?

Currently, the Basic Course is unlimited in size. But in order to give each participant the individual attention that is necessary, I will be limiting the Complete Course that includes weekly calls, a private community group, and personal coaching to only 10 participants.

What is included?

The Basic Course includes 30 daily videos that are 5-10 minutes in length (so as not to overwhelm you)! There is also a large workbook that includes notes for each day, journal pages, mental exercises, and some beautiful printables to hang on your walls.

For those who choose the Complete Course, there will be a private community group and weekly Zoom calls, as well as office hours when you can set appointments to “pick my brain” each week for 30 minutes about anything you are struggling with in your lifeschooling.

What if I can't make the live Zoom chats?

We’ll miss you! But replays will be available in the private community group. We will also schedule these ahead of time to help you plan.

How much does the course cost?

Similar courses that include the coaching aspect easily charge $697! Without the coaching, an expected price would be $297. But I know homeschoolers are not used to paying that much and I want to bless you and help make this change happen!

You can make a one time payment of $67 (special, one-time-only introductory pricing!) or split it into two payments of $40 each. If you choose to upgrade, you may pay the full amount of $134 or split the cost into two payments of $80 each.

What if I can't keep up?

I understand the thought of sticking with a course for 30 days can be overwhelming! That is why I have designed 3 different options for learning (included in both the Basic and Complete Courses): Dipping Your Toes (Videos and simple assignment), Wading In (Extra reading from one other book, possible extra assignment), and Deep Dive (Extra reading from two other books, possible extra assignment). I don’t know why I chose a swimming theme, but it works! 😉

Remember that you will also have lifetime access, so you can start with the Dipping Your Toes level and do a more in-depth level the next time, and repeat the process again and again whenever you are struggling!

I never finish courses. How is this different?

I will also be cheering you on with incentives and prizes! And of course, if you really need extra support, the Complete Course may be a good option.

Remember, you have lifetime access, so you don’t have to finish in the 30 days! Take it at your own pace.

Will there be anything extra to buy?

How long do I have to purchase?

Because we will be starting the course on Monday, September 28th, I need the weekend to organize and prepare so we have a fantastic start! Because of this, the cart must close at 11:59PM EST on Friday, September 25th.

What if I'm not happy with the course?

I would be so sad (and surprised) if you didn’t feel the course made an impact on your homeschooling! But my goal is to serve you and help you change your mindset. If I fail at my mission, I would happily refund your money.
